EBOS Group (ASX:EBO, NZE:EBO) reported Wednesday fiscal 2025 underlying earnings of AU$1.313 per share, down from AU$1.579 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$1.40.

Revenue for the 12 months ended June 30 was AU$12.27 billion, compared with AU$13.19 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$12.17 billion.

The company expects to deliver an underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of AU$615 million to AU$635 million in fiscal 2026.

The board declared a final dividend of NZ$0.615 per share, unchanged from the previous year, payable Sept. 24 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 5.
