Summerset Group Holdings (ASX:SNZ, NZE:SUM) reported Thursday first-half earnings of NZ$0.5304 per share, up from NZ$0.428 a year earlier.
Revenue for the six months ended June 30 was NZ$173 million, compared with NZ$151.6 million a year earlier.
The board declared an interim dividend of NZ$0.113 per share, unchanged from the previous year, payable Sept. 24 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 11.
