Scentre Group (ASX:SCG) reported Tuesday first-half funds from operations (FFO) of AU$0.1128 per security, up from AU$0.1095 a year earlier.
Revenue for the six months ended June 30 was AU$1.31 billion, compared with AU$1.28 billion a year earlier.
The company reaffirmed its 2025 FFO target of AU$0.2275 per security and upgraded its second-half distribution guidance to AU$0.08905 per security.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.08815 per security, up from AU$0.086 a year earlier, payable Aug. 29 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 15.
