Tourism Holdings (ASX:THL, NZE:THL) reported Monday that it swung to a loss of NZ$0.1172 in fiscal year 2025 from a profit of NZ$0.1808 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of NZ$0.13 per share.
Revenue for the 12 months ended June 30 was NZ$937.2 million, compared with NZ$921.7 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected NZ$850 million.
The board declared a final dividend of NZ$0.040 per share, down from NZ$0.050 a year earlier, payable Oct. 3 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 19.
