Cedar Woods Properties (ASX:CWP) reported Tuesday fiscal 2025 earnings of AU$0.574 per share, up from AU$0.485 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.57.

Revenue for the 12 months ended June 30 was AU$465.9 million, compared with AU$386.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$480.1 million.

The company said it expects a 10% growth in net profit after tax in fiscal 2026 and earnings to be balanced more evenly between each half year.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect earnings of AU$0.66 per diluted share on revenue of AU$532.2 million.

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.1900 per share, up from AU$0.1700 a year earlier, payable Oct.31 to shareholders of record as of Oct.2.
