BEIJING, Aug 29 (Reuters) - China's market regulator has unconditionally approved Nissan (China) Investment Co's new joint venture with Dongfeng Motor 0489.HK, according to a statement on Friday.
The two companies announced in late July plans to set up a new JV, 60% controlled by Nissan China, to focus on vehicle and auto part exports.
