Giordano International (HKG:0709) reported a profit attributable to shareholders of HK$121 million for the first half of 2025, compared with HK$120 million a year earlier, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Earnings per share came in at HK$0.075, compared with HK$0.074 in the prior-year period.

Revenue rose to HK$1.93 billion from HK$1.90 billion.

The board declared an interim dividend of HK$0.075 per share, compared with HK$0.080 a year earlier, amounting to a total payout of about HK$121 million.
