Summit Ascent Holdings Limited has released its unaudited interim results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2025. The Group's total revenue for the first half of 2025 was HK$312.9 million, representing a 64.7% increase compared to HK$189.9 million in the same period in 2024. This growth was mainly driven by new trading revenue of HK$100.1 million. The Group's Adjusted EBITDA rose to HK$67.8 million from HK$65.3 million in the prior year period. Profit attributable to owners of the Company increased by 29.6%, reaching HK$202.9 million, up from HK$156.5 million in the first half of 2024. The Group's operation in the gaming and hotel business in the Russian Federation contributed HK$212.7 million to the total revenue, while the trading business added HK$100.1 million. Property development in Japan did not contribute revenue during this period. The Group recorded a gross profit of HK$116.1 million, up from HK$102.3 million in the previous year. Profit before taxation stood at HK$250.1 million, compared to HK$173.8 million in the first half of 2024. The income tax expense increased to HK$10 million from HK$4.1 million.
