BaWang International (Group) Holding Limited has announced its unaudited consolidated interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The Group reported a total revenue of approximately RMB120.1 million, marking a 9.3% increase from RMB109.8 million in the same period last year. Online sales contributed RMB67.6 million to the revenue, a rise of 21.5% compared to RMB55.6 million last year. However, the Group recorded an operating loss of approximately RMB2.3 million. The loss attributable to owners of the Company for the period was approximately RMB2.77 million, compared to a profit of RMB1.21 million in the previous year. The Group's core brand, Bawang, generated revenue of approximately RMB110.7 million, accounting for 92.2% of total revenue and reflecting a 6.1% increase from the prior year. Meanwhile, the branded Chinese herbal antidandruff haircare series, Royal Wind, contributed RMB1.0 million, representing 0.8% of the total revenue.
