MoneyMax Financial Services (SGX:5WJ) established a SG$200 million unsecured commercial paper program through its subsidiary, MoneyMax Treasure, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were up nearly 1% in Friday trading.

The company is the initial guarantor for the program, while ADDX is the sole arranger and dealer.

Bonds issued under the program will be listed and traded on the ADDX platform.

Proceeds raised from the activity will be used for general corporate purposes.
