Tai United Holdings Limited has released its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025. The Group reported total revenue of HK$64.8 million for the reporting period, a slight decrease from HK$65.8 million in the same period in 2024. Revenue from contracts with customers was HK$48.2 million, down from HK$51.4 million in the previous year. Lease revenue increased to HK$16.5 million from HK$13.8 million. The Group recorded a net loss before tax of HK$212.6 million, compared to a loss of HK$196.5 million in the same period last year. Segment-wise, the sales of properties and investment properties showed a significant decline in results, with a loss of HK$196.0 million, while sales of medical equipment and flooring materials contributed HK$12.9 million and HK$13.3 million in revenue, respectively. Financial services and assets management reported marginal revenue of HK$6, with a segment loss of HK$1.8 million. No forecast or outlook guidance was provided in the announcement. The Group noted that it has commenced an assessment of the impact of new and amendments to HKFRS Accounting Standards that have been issued but not yet effective, which may affect future financial results.
