Other income and gains for the period amounted to HK$606,000, up from HK$21,000 in the same period of the previous year. No provision for Hong Kong profits tax was made, as there was no estimated assessable profit for the Hong Kong subsidiary during the periods ended 30 June 2025 and 2024. The Group's principal activities remain the operation of clubs and restaurants, as well as organizing music-related featured events. The results do not include any outlook or guidance for future performance.
