Dell Technologies gave a lower-than-expected guide for third-quarter adjusted earnings per share. Shares declined 5% to $127.27 in after-hours trading Thursday.

Marvell Technology's outlook for revenue in the third quarter was below what Wall Street had been expecting. Shares fell 12% to $68.33 after the bell.

Petco Health & Wellness swung to a profit in the second quarter and boosted its full-year earnings outlook. The stock jumped 22% to $3.93.
