New Murchison Gold (ASX:NMG) found gold mineralization during a recent drilling at its Garden Gully Gold Project in Western Australia, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The results were up to three meters at 43.1 grams per tonne grade of gold from 239.65 meters, including one meter at 69.4g/t gold from 245 meters.
The company added that open-pit mining in the project is progressing with ore deliveries to Westgold Resources' (ASX:WGX) Bluebird Gold processing plant on track for commencement in September.
The company is also undertaking near-mine drilling, with satellite deposits near Crown Prince Operations being tested as potential future development options.
