Kaisa Group Holdings (HKG:1638) reported a loss attributable to owners of 10.0 billion yuan for the first half of 2025, widening from 9.1 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the firm were down over 2% in late-afternoon Friday trade.
Loss per share came in at 1.430 yuan, compared with 1.299 yuan in the prior-year period.
Revenue fell 31.8% to 3.70 billion yuan from 5.43 billion yuan.
The board did not declare an interim dividend.
