China Greenland Broad Greenstate Group Company Limited has released its unaudited interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a revenue increase to RMB7.154 million from RMB3.532 million in the same period in 2024, marking a rise of RMB3.622 million. Gross profit also saw an increase, reaching RMB2.863 million from RMB1.760 million in 2024, a change of RMB1.103 million. Despite these gains, the company experienced a significant net loss attributable to owners of the Parent, amounting to RMB29.551 million compared to a loss of RMB5.058 million in the previous year, a change of RMB24.493 million. The gross profit margin decreased to 40.0%, down 9.8 percentage points from the previous year's 49.8%. The revenue generated was primarily from contracts with customers, including design and maintenance services and operation and maintenance services for hydroelectric power stations. The company noted that five of its PPP projects have transitioned to operation and maintenance, with others either under construction or in the preliminary preparation phase. The company is focused on implementing cost-effective practices to boost revenue and manage losses.
