New Gonow Recreational Vehicles Inc. has announced a revision of the existing annual caps for its RV Parts Purchase Framework Agreement. The agreement, originally set with caps of approximately RMB15.00 million, RMB18.99 million, and RMB19.89 million for the years ending December 31, 2026, is being revised due to the company's ongoing business expansion and increased demand for a broader range of RV parts. This includes parts for existing RV models, six newly introduced hybrid off-road towable RVs under the Snowy River brand, and anticipated new RV models. The supplemental agreement, entered into by Xing Longtree, a wholly-owned subsidiary of New Gonow, and Shangqiu Jishun, is expected to accommodate the exceeding transaction amounts projected for the years ending December 31, 2025, and December 31, 2026.
