The company reported a significant decline in revenue, with figures falling by 85.8% to RMB 19.0 million compared to RMB 133.9 million during the same period in 2024. Gross profit also decreased by 85.9% to RMB 3.0 million from RMB 21.1 million in the previous year. The company experienced a loss for the period amounting to RMB 33.8 million, a 73.5% increase from the RMB 19.5 million loss recorded in the first half of 2024. The Board has decided not to recommend any interim dividend for the first half of 2025, consistent with the approach taken in the same period of 2024. The company attributed part of its operational challenges to issues with its newly established business in gaming products supply, including concerns over product quality, dependency on a single customer, and the impact of foreign exchange rate fluctuations.
