Tai Sin Electric's (SGX:500) attributable profit to shareholders jumped 31% during the fiscal second half of the year ended June 30 to SG$10.1 million from SG$7.7 million a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down nearly 1% in Friday trading.
Earnings per share rose to SG$0.0219 compared with SG$0.0167 in the comparable period.
Revenue jumped 20% year over year to SG$245.6 million from SG$204.9 million, mainly due to strong performances across key segments.
The company declared a final dividend of SG$0.016 per share for the period, unchanged from a year earlier.
The dividend will be paid on Nov. 28.
