AIMS APAC REIT (SGX:O5RU) subtrust AA REIT Alexandra Trust agreed to acquire a building at 2 Aljunied Avenue 1, Singapore, from Framework Building Products, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The total purchase consideration for the property is SG$56.7 million.

The industrial property has a gross floor area of 18,662.13 square meters and a leasehold term of 30 years.

The property has a net property income yield of 8.1% above portfolio yield, which will have a positive impact on the REIT's DPU accretion.
