SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. has announced its acquisition of Curo Fund Services, a prominent provider of fund administration solutions in South Africa. This transaction, pending approval from the South African Competition Commission, will integrate Curo into SS&C's Global Investor & Distribution Solutions group. Curo currently administers over R 3 trillion (USD 170.4 billion) in assets, servicing clients such as Sanlam, Old Mutual, and other institutional entities. Approximately 300 employees from Curo will join SS&C in Cape Town. The acquisition aims to enhance service delivery through SS&C's global expertise and technology, enabling Curo to expand its offerings and accelerate growth within South Africa and the broader African market.
