Global Indemnity Group (GBLI) said late Tuesday its subsidiary, Penn-America Underwriters, has closed its acquisition of Sayata, a digital distribution marketplace for commercial insurance.

The acquisition will help accelerate its roadmap by expanding distribution, product portfolio, and technology capabilities, it said.
