Finbar Group Launches Riverbank Residences, Achieves Record Sales Month

Finbar Group (ASX:FRI) launched its AU$115 million Riverbank Residences project in Rivervale, Western Australia, selling more than 70% of its 143 apartments and generating around AU$85 million in sales, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Construction is scheduled to start in October, with the project expected to be completed by 2027, the filing said.

The launch helped the company achieve a record sales month in August, with 150 lots sold for around AU$125 million, marking its strongest monthly performance in over 30 years, the filing added.

The company's shares were up almost 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
