Couchbase Inc., a cloud database platform company, has announced the issuance of equity awards to new employees under its 2023 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan. On August 27, 2025, the company granted restricted stock units (RSUs) to 14 non-executive employees, allowing them to receive up to 22,459 shares of Couchbase common stock in total. The RSU Awards will vest with fifty percent of the shares on the first anniversary of the vesting commencement date, and an additional twelve and one-half percent of the shares will vest on each subsequent quarterly vesting date, contingent upon the employee's continued employment.
