ReposiTrak Inc., the leading food traceability and regulatory compliance network, has announced the addition of 15 new suppliers to its ReposiTrak Traceability Network. This expansion includes companies specializing in dairy products, non-dairy alternatives, and traditional Mexican foods made with gluten-free ingredients. These suppliers will efficiently exchange Key Data Elements (KDEs) for each Critical Tracking Event (CTE) in their supply chains, aligning with the growing traceability demands of retail customers and surpassing the FDA's FSMA 204 final rule on food traceability requirements. Among the new additions is a traditional Amish co-op producing hand-crafted blue cheese and a Mediterranean-style dairy using Real California Milk. The initiative aims to enhance data accuracy and completeness, ensuring seamless traceability for retail, wholesale, and foodservice customers.
