Verint Systems Inc. has released its second quarter results for the fiscal year ending 2026, reporting a revenue of $208 million. The company's AI Annual Recurring Revenue $(ARR)$ saw a substantial year-over-year increase of 21.2%, reaching $372 million. Meanwhile, the Subscription ARR also grew by 6.4% year-over-year, totaling $728 million. Verint reported a net loss per share of $0.09, whereas the non-GAAP diluted EPS stood at $0.33. In an important business development, Verint has announced it will be acquired by Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm, in an all-cash deal valued at $2 billion. This acquisition is expected to close before the end of Verint's current fiscal year, pending customary closing conditions. Upon completion, Verint's common stock will no longer be listed on any public stock exchange.
