Singamas Container (HKG:0716) adopted a share award scheme on Monday to reward and incentivize participants for their performance, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The scheme is valid for a 10-year term and will be funded by existing shares, the maximum number of which will be 10% of the container manufacturer's issued shares.
