Aedge Group's (SGX:XVG) subsidiary, HPF, was granted an option to purchase the balance of the lease from Jurong Town Corporation for a piece of land and buildings in Singapore by Chutex, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The total consideration for the property is SG$14 million, with option to be exercised by the purchaser by Sept. 22.

The leasehold property has a land area of 2,652.1 square meters and the acquisition aligns with the group's strategy to diversify its revenue sources.
