Kuehne + Nagel named new heads of its road-logistics and contract-logistics businesses and appointed them as members of its management board.

The Swiss logistics company said Wednesday that from Oct. 1, Eduardo Razuck would assume responsibility for the contract-logistics business unit, succeeding Gianfranco Sgro.

Razuck has held various senior positions at Kuehne + Nagel since 2003, most recently heading the contract-logistics business in North and South America and has served as a member of the global contract-logistics leadership team.

His appointment comes as Sgro has decided to take a chief executive role in the mobility sector.

As of May 1, 2026, Soren Schmidt will take over from Hansjorg Rodi as head of Kuehne + Nagel's road-logistics business unit.

Schmidt had a 30-year career at Danish transport and logistics company DSV, including around ten years as CEO of the road-logistics division. Rodi is set to retire in summer 2026.
