Sadot Group Inc. has announced the signing of a letter of intent to sell its Pokemoto and Muscle Maker Grill restaurant chains for a total purchase price of $4.25 million. The transaction includes $2.5 million in cash at closing and $1.75 million in secured notes with payment terms over 72 months. The company aims to complete the transaction within the next 30-45 days, allowing it to focus on its core agri-food business. Sadot Group expects to benefit from overall cost savings following the divestiture. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and due diligence.
