A significant outcome from the meeting was the announcement of the resumption of operations at the company's tire production base in Thailand, which received official approval from the IEAT. The production base, which had previously been suspended, resumed operations on September 5, 2025. The board assured that operations would comply with Thai laws and regulations and stated that recent events in Thailand are not expected to materially impact the Group's financial condition.
