Cheche Group (CCG), a China-based auto insurance platform, and Chinese electric vehicle maker NIO (NIO) said Monday they will collaborate to provide insurance services for NIO EVs.
NIO also set a production target for its electric SUV ONVO L90 to reach a monthly capacity of 15,000 cars in October, and that it aims to produce up to 15,000 units of its ES8 SUV by December, the company said. It also said it is targeting a monthly delivery of 50,000 vehicles in Q4.
Shares of Cheche were up 5.6% in recent premarket activity, while shares of NIO were up 1.4%.
