CapitaLand China Trust (SGX:AU8U) agreed to subscribe for a 5% stake in CapitaLand China REIT at 5.718 yuan per unit as part of its Shanghai listing, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The final IPO price values the offering at 2.29 billion yuan, about 7% over the previously estimated 2.14 billion yuan.

Shares of the trust were up nearly 2% in Monday trading.
