This loan, secured on behalf of Centerbridge Partners and Merit Hill Capital, was provided by Citigroup and Goldman Sachs. The portfolio comprises nearly 32,000 units across 4.65 million rentable square feet, strategically positioned across multiple states. Since 2023, the portfolio has seen an impressive Net Operating Income growth exceeding 18%. The properties are managed by leading national self-storage platforms, including Extra Space, CubeSmart, and Argus. Despite market fluctuations, the self-storage sector remains robust, bolstered by sophisticated revenue management and strong consumer demand.
