Ares Management Corporation has announced that its funds have led a preferred equity investment in Leaf Home, facilitating the acquisition of Erie Home. This strategic move positions Leaf as the largest direct-to-consumer residential services and home improvement company in North America. The acquisition aims to expand Leaf's service offerings, creating a comprehensive home solutions platform, which now includes basement waterproofing, water quality systems, bath solutions, stair lift solutions, and garage flooring enhancements. Ares will continue to play an active role alongside Gridiron, Leaf's Board, and the leadership team to drive growth and operational excellence. Apollo funds led the debt financing for the transaction.
