Digital Hollywood Interactive Limited has announced the formation of a joint venture with Shaw Movie City Hong Kong Limited. The agreement, signed on September 8, 2025, involves the creation of a new company with a share capital of HK$28.5 million. Hollywood HK, a subsidiary of Digital Hollywood Interactive, will hold an 80% stake by contributing HK$22.8 million in cash, while Shaw Movie City will hold a 20% stake by injecting intellectual property rights valued at HK$5.7 million. The joint venture aims to develop and commercialize interactive game products, leveraging the intellectual property resources provided by Shaw Movie City. The new entity will be incorporated in Hong Kong and will become a subsidiary of Digital Hollywood Interactive, whose financial results will be consolidated into the company's group financial statements.
