Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. or OCBC (SGX:O39) filed for the listing of $1 billion worth of 4.55% tier 2 fixed rate subordinated bonds due 2035 on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

The bonds will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market on Sept. 9, the filing added.
