EVgo Inc., in collaboration with Pilot Company and General Motors, has significantly expanded its public fast-charging network, now reaching over 200 locations across nearly 40 states. This partnership, initially announced in 2022, aims to address charging gaps by deploying nearly 850 new electric vehicle fast charging stalls across America. The network is designed to offer 24/7 access to high-power chargers and a range of amenities, including free Wi-Fi and on-site restaurants, at Pilot and Flying J travel centers. By the end of 2025, the companies plan to have 1,000 stalls available across 40 states, enabling seamless coast-to-coast EV travel.
