Rykadan Capital Limited held its annual general meeting on September 10, 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were put forward and approved by the shareholders. These included the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and the re-election of Mr. Lo Hoi Wah Heywood and Ms. Khan Sabrina as directors. Additionally, a general mandate was given to the directors to repurchase shares of the company, issue, allot, and deal with unissued shares, and extend the mandate to include the shares repurchased by the company. All proposals received unanimous approval.
