Criteo (CRTO) said Wednesday it is collaborating with Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google for onsite retail media integration.
The integration will initially be available to select customers in the Americas through Google Search Ads 360, with plans to expand globally and into additional Google Marketing Platform tools, Criteo said.
Through the partnership, Criteo's network of over 200 retailers can choose to receive demand from the Google Search Ads 360 platform and connect with global brands across a wide range of categories, the company said.
Criteo shares were 2.7% higher in premarket trading.
