Alaska Air Group Inc. is expanding its global reach with the launch of a new nonstop service between Seattle and Seoul Incheon, set to begin on September 12. This marks the first international route from Seattle utilizing the 787-9 Dreamliner, operated by Hawaiian Airlines. The new route will fly five times a week, enhancing Seattle's status as a key global gateway. Flyers can take advantage of a limited-time Buy One, Get One offer or book award redemptions starting at 20,000 points one-way. This launch coincides with the upcoming Korean Thanksgiving Day, offering travelers the opportunity to visit family and friends in South Korea. Alaska's Atmos Rewards program allows members to earn points and status points on this new route. By 2030, Alaska Air Group plans to expand its service to 12 intercontinental destinations from Seattle, supported by a growing fleet that currently includes four Dreamliners.
