CIFI Holdings (Group) (HKG:0884) recorded contracted sales of around 960 million yuan in August, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 78,400 square meters, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property firm's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 12,100 yuan per square meter.

From January to August, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 12.2 billion yuan and 1.2 million square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 10,900 yuan per square meter.
