LG Electronics (KRX:066570) launched its new 31.5-inch 4K surgical monitor, model 32HS710S, after receiving 510(k) clearance from the U.S. FDA, the electronics products maker said in a Thursday release.

The 32HS710S is designed to enhance surgical workflow, and comes with customizable picture mode settings, dedicated hotkeys, and Picture-by-Picture (PBP) layouts for single-button-press adjustments, the release said.

The monitor's 4K IPS display offers 3,840x2,160 resolution, 800 cd/m² brightness, and 95% DCI-P3 coverage, LG Electronics said.
