Stavely Minerals (ASX:SVY) completed a second phase of gold-focused 23-hole reverse circulation drilling at the Fairview North prospect, part of its 100%-owned Stavely copper-gold project in Victoria, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The campaign sought to confirm the new interpreted orientations and to extend the mineralization to the north and south.
An additional reverse circulation drill hole was also completed at the Fairview South gold prospect, and a soil auger program to the south of the hole is around 75% complete, with 140 samples dispatched to the laboratory.
The firm's shares climbed 6% in recent trading on Friday.
