Lianson Fleet Group (KLSE:LFG) unit Icon Samudera (L) signed a memorandum of agreement to dispose of vessel, named Icon Samudera, for $6.7 million in cash, according to a Monday Malaysian bourse filing.

Shares gained over 1% in Tuesday's midday trade.

The vessel is anchor handling and supply tug, built in 2013 with a deadweight tonnage of 1,374 tonnes.

Proceeds will used for general corporate purposes and to support the group's future growth and strategic initiatives.
