Oceania Healthcare (NZE:OCA, ASX:OCA) said it plans to return 40% to 60% of free cash flow from operations to shareholders as dividends over the next five years, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company also plans to increase its build rate to between 100 and 150 units annually by fiscal 2028 and divest about six of its sites to raise around NZ$50 million in proceeds, the filing said.
