Wai Chi Holdings (HKG:1305) unit Techwide Management agreed to purchase Joyful Family Consultant from Luk Fong for HK$155 million, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The target firm engages mainly in investment holding and currently holds the entire equity interest in Letu Photoelectric, which owns land in Hongda (International) Industrial Manufacturing Zone in Guangdong Province, China.

The lighting products manufacturer will be able to establish a core production facility on the land dedicated to consolidating its manufacturing, production, and related processes.

Fong is an executive director and a substantial shareholder of Wai Chi.
