Jayride Group (ASX:JAY) named Randy Prado as Chief Executive Officer, effective Sept. 1, after the board confirmed his appointment, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

Prado served as the firm's interim CEO since March 1 on a contractor basis, overseeing the restructuring of Jayride.
