Legion Consortium (HKG:2129) said it had acquired 15 truck heads in Singapore for over SG$1.7 million, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
Shares of the trucking services company fell nearly 2% in late morning trade Thursday.
The firm bought a lot of 10 prime movers for SG$1.2 million, and another lot of 5 prime movers for SG$580,000, from UD Trucks Singapore, a unit of Tokyo-listed Isuzu Motors.
The purchases will add to Legion's fleet capacity.
