360 Capital Group (ASX:TGP) said that TT Investments, acting as trustee for TT Investment Trust, increased its bid on-market to AU$0.31 per 360 Capital Group security from the previous offer price of AU$0.30 per security, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

TT Investments said that the improved offer price was declared "best and final" and that it would not be increased in the absence of a competing proposal.

It also noted that the bidder and its associates already hold a 50.03% stake in 360 Capital Group.
